Description:
When I first joined IBM Consulting in 2024, I observed a gap in our go-to-market AI strategy: we were not leading with experience. Too often, technical implementations and pilots failed to scale or deliver real ROI due to a lack of adoption and strategic investment in the wrong problems.
This led me to co-found our AI Experience Strategy & Design practice, first in-market and now at scale within IBM global consulting. Our practice standardized three pillars of AI Experience consulting — Strategy, Design, and Ways of Working — and built reusable assets and frameworks to enable our practitioners to execute this work with clients. Along with my co-founder, I serve as a thought-leader and SME across markets and sectors, driving $5M+ in AI Experience client engagements. I also established our AI Experience Ambassador program for consultants looking to upskill and raise their AI IQ, offering enablement sessions and trainings to design groups around the world.
A few notable wins:
Grew our AIX design practice from an in-market "side hustle" to an established Global Center of Competence.
Created, developed & delivered an AI Design-a-thon enablement series, facilitating sessions in NYC and Amsterdam in 2025, training a range of consultants from designers to lead client partners.
Presented AI Experience success stories at the National Retail Federation conference in 2026.
