AskIBM is an AI-powered digital assistant that transforms the way IBMers work. Before AskIBM, employees relied on tribal knowledge of a complex internal tooling ecosystem, navigating across multiple assistants (AskIT, AskHR, AskSales, etc.), information centers and platforms to complete tasks and get answers to questions. Not only did disparate workflows slow down IBMer productivity, but it left employees frustrated and feeling helpless.

As lead product designer, I led the end-to-end concept, design and delivery of AskIBM, working across product strategy, data architecture, experience design, conversation design, design system creation, ethics & explainability review, change management strategy & design and user testing & feedback collection. More than just an intuitive front-end application, AskIBM delivers the level of assistant orchestration and intranet unification that truly amplifies the employee experience.
