What I can say: as design lead, I guided Google Finance Engineering through the strategic development of multiple AI agents automating finance processes for Googlers. My work spanned across product portfolio strategy, workshop planning & facilitation, experience design, conversation design, promotional & change management material design, user research and testing. I led the establishment of an AI Product Engine to transform Google FinEng's ways of working, helping them shift to a human-centric, experience-led and AI-enabled factory framework model.
